EPF Gadget Sneak Peek!

I managed to get a sneak peek of the EPF gadget! The penguin "app" is probably to teleport a penguin, the mail icon is probably to send secret agents to other agents, the whistle is probably to gain others attention, the target aimer is probably to find the location of the "target," and I don't know what the other is.

I will try my hardest to get it done by today. I might not put on the shoes, depending on how hard it is.
